Beef Stew - Crockpot
- 2 lbs stew meat
- 2 large potatoes
- 5 medium carrots
- 2 medium onions
- 2 stalks celery
- 1 (10 1/2 ounce) can beef broth
- 16 ounces water
- 13 cup minute tapioca
- 2 tablespoons Kitchen Bouquet (Brown Bouquet sauce)
- 2 teaspoons salt
- 14 teaspoon pepper
- 14 teaspoon garlic powder
- 14 cup ketchup
- 1 cup frozen peas (optional)
- Brown beef cubes in skillet.
- Place browned beef cubes and remaining ingredients in crock pot.
- Cook 6-8 hours on low.
- If you like peas, add 1 cup of frozen peas for last half hour.
