Quick Beef Bean Chili

  1. Cook beef in hot fry pan until lightly browned.
  2. Drain off fat.
  3. Stir in remaining ingredients.
  4. Bring to a boil.
  5. Reduce heat, cover and simmer for 10 minutes.
  6. This will make 4 servings of about 3/4 cup each.
  7. Each serving has 230 calories, 9 grams of fat (3 grams of saturated fat), 34 milligrams of cholesterol and 390 milligrams of sodium.
