Chicken And Stuffing Casserole Recipe

  1. Boil chicken till tender.
  2. Prepare stuffing according to box.
  3. In a medium pyrex dish heat butter with onions till onions are tender.
  4. Remove chicken from bones and add in to butter and onions.
  5. Add in 1 c. of broth to both cans of soup and pour over chicken.
  6. Cover with stuffing and bake at 350 degrees till stuffing is crispy.
  7. (For quick recipe: Substitute 3 large cans of tuna in water or possibly chicken in water.)
