Chicken And Stuffing Casserole Recipe
- 1 box Stove Top stuffing (chicken flavor)
- 1 boiled chicken (save broth)
- 1 can cream of mushroom
- 1 can cream of chicken
- 1 sm. onion, minced
- 1/2 stick butter
- Boil chicken till tender.
- Prepare stuffing according to box.
- In a medium pyrex dish heat butter with onions till onions are tender.
- Remove chicken from bones and add in to butter and onions.
- Add in 1 c. of broth to both cans of soup and pour over chicken.
- Cover with stuffing and bake at 350 degrees till stuffing is crispy.
- (For quick recipe: Substitute 3 large cans of tuna in water or possibly chicken in water.)
