Peanut Butter Pie Recipe
- 1/3 c. peanut butter
- 2/3 c. 10X sugar
- 9 inch baked pie crust
- 1 lg. size box vanilla pie pudding mix
- 3 c. lowfat milk
- Cold Whip
- Combine first two ingredients to make crumbs.
- (Set aside 2 Tbsp.
- crumbs for topping.)
- Put on bottom of baked cooled pie crust.
- Mix together pudding mix with lowfat milk and cook.
- Let cold.
- Add in 2 Tbsp.
- Cold Whip.
- Pour over peanut butter crumbs.
- Top with remaining Cold Whip and sprinkle with 2 Tbsp.
