S'wonderful S'mores Brownies

• 15 HONEY MAID Honey Grahams
• 1 pkg. (15.9 oz.) brownie mix (8-inch-square pan size)
• 3 HERSHEY'S Milk Chocolate Bars (1.55 oz. each)
• 30 JET-PUFFED Marshmallows

1. Heat oven to 350 degrees F.
2. Cover bottom of 13x9-inch pan sprayed with cooking spray with half the grahams, breaking as necessary to fit.
3. Prepare brownie batter as directed on package; pour over grahams.
4. Bake 20 min.
5. Top with chocolate bars.
6. Let stand 2 min.
7. or until softened; spread to cover brownie.
8. Top with marshmallows; bake 1 min.
9. or until marshmallows start to puff.
10. Cover with remaining grahams; press lightly into marshmallows to secure.
11. Cool.
