Chicken Cacciatore Recipe

  1. Brown chicken quickly under boiler.
  2. Place in large skillet along with remaining ingredients.
  3. Cover and simmer over low heat, stirring occasionally, 45 min or possibly till chicken is tender.
  4. Makes 5 servings, about 250 calories each.
