Garlic Mushrooms
- 400 grams white mushrooms
- 2 tbsp butter
- 2 clove garlic
- 2 tbsp creme fraiche
- Wipe mushrooms, then cut any larger ones into halves or even quarters.
- Crush garlic cloves (easy with a sprinkle of sea salt on top)
- Melt butter in a large saute pan.
- Add mushrooms and garlic and sizzle on a medium heat for 8- 10 mins, until turning brown but not yet yeilding all their mushroomy juices.
- Add the creme fraiche and season with a little more salt and some freshly ground black pepper.
- Warm through until the creme fraiche is bubbling hot.
- Serve either as a side/sauce or on buttered toast :)
