Cass's Spinach and Artichoke Dip

  1. Place artichoke hearts in food processor.
  2. Pulse a few times.
  3. You may dice by hand if you do not own a food processor.
  4. Squeeze any remaining liquid out of thawed spinach.
  5. Combine all ingredients in a bowl.
  6. Transfer to oven-safe dish.
  7. Bake for 20 - 25 minutes at 375 degrees.
  8. OR place in crockpot on low and heat through (about 90 minutes).
  9. Serve warm with crackers or tortilla chips.
