Cheese Meatballs
- 3 cups finely shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 cup biscuit mix
- 12 teaspoon salt
- 14 teaspoon pepper
- 14 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 lb lean ground beef
- in a large bowl, combine the first five ingredients.
- crumble beef over mixture and mix well.
- shape into 1 inch balls.
- place 2 inches apart in greased 15 x 10 x 1 inch baking pans.
- bake at 400 degees for 12-15 minutes or until the meat is no longer pink.
