Chocolate Creams

  1. Melt chocolate in saucepan over very low heat; stirring constantly.
  2. Remove from heat.
  3. Add sugar, egg and milk; beat until smooth.
  4. Chill until firm enough to handle, about 30 min.
  5. Shape into 1/2 inch balls, ovals or logs.
  6. Roll in decorations.
  7. (Pacan halves may be pressed into confection tops instead of rolling confections in chopped almonds.)
