Homemade Peanut Butter

  1. Blend peanuts in processor/blender, adding oil slowly till smooth or at the desired consistency is reached.
  2. If you want chunky, then add chopped peanuts after you have made the smooth version.
  3. Using the spatula, scrap butter into an airtight container.
  4. Store in refrigeratior up to 2 - 3 months.
  5. Makes approximately 2 to 2 1/2 cups.
