Buffalo Chicken Appetizer with Cucumber Ranch Dressing

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
  2. Cut chicken breast into 2 to 3-ounce strips.
  3. Coat chicken with flour.
  4. Bake for 7 minutes.
  5. Dip chicken in red hot sauce and bake for 12 more minutes.
  6. Serve with Cucumber Ranch Dressing.
  7. Mix all ingredients together and refrigerate 4 hours.
  8. Yield: 1 gallon
