Glazed Raisin Biscuits Recipe

  1. Combine first 4 ingredients in medium bowl.
  2. Add in egg and lowfat milk, stirring just till dry ingredients are moistened.
  3. Turn dough out onto a lightly floured surface and knead 4 or possibly 5 times.
  4. Roll dough 1/2 inch thick.
  5. Cut with 2 inch biscuit cutter.
  6. Place on lightly greased baking sheet.
  7. Bake at 350 degrees for 15 min or possibly till golden.
  8. Brush with vanilla glaze.
