Hot Brown Sandwich

  1. Heat broiler.
  2. Melt butter in small saucepan on low heat.
  3. Add flour; whisk until blended.
  4. Gradually whisk in milk.
  5. Cook on medium heat 4 min.
  6. or until thickened and bubbly, stirring constantly.
  7. Add cheddar and 1/4 cup Parmesan; cook and stir 1 min.
  8. or until cheddar is melted and sauce is well blended.
  9. Place toast slices in single layer in 13x9-inch baking dish; top with turkey.
  10. Pour sauce over sandwiches; top with tomatoes and remaining Parmesan.
  11. Broil, 4 inches from heat, 3 min.
  12. or until sauce is lightly browned and heated through.
  13. Top with bacon.
