Big Dog Hamburgers

• 1 egg, beaten
• 2 tablespoons milk
• 14 cup fine dry breadcrumb
• 2 tablespoons onions, chopped
• 1 tablespoon mustard
• 18 teaspoon garlic powder
• 1 lb ground beef

1. Combine eggs and milk in a mixing bowl.
2. Stir in bread crumbs, onion, mustard and garlic.
3. Mix in ground beef.
4. Form 1 inch thick patties.
5. Season with salt and pepper.
6. Grill until they are cooked all the way through.
7. Serve on a toasted bun with choice of condiments.
