Beer Broiled Beef

  1. Melt butter in large skillet and saute onions until tender.
  2. Dredge beef cubes in flour and brown them in a separate skillet with oil and butter.
  3. Add browned meat, salt, pepper and garlic to onions.
  4. Add enough beer to cover.
  5. Cover tightly and simmer until meat is tender.
