Papaya and Cucumber Salad with Shrimp
- Boston Bibb lettuce
- papaya, fresh or canned & drained, sliced
- cucumber, thinly sliced
- 6 Tbsp. red onion, thinly sliced
- 72 Medium-sized shrimp, peeled, de-veined and cooked
- 3 cups Kraft Poppyseed Dressing
- DIVIDE lettuce amongst salad plates.
- Arrange papaya, cucumber, onion and shrimp over top.
- DRIZZLE with about 1 oz (30 g) dressing per plate.
- Serve right away.
