Crockery Pot Easy Swiss Steak

  1. Trim fat and cut steak into 5 or 6 serving size pieces.
  2. Place in crockery pot.
  3. Add dry onion soup mix, water and mushroom soup.
  4. Cover and cook 6-8 hours.
  5. NOTE: This makes a lot of gravy.
  6. If you want less gravy, use 1 package onion soup mix, 1 can of mushroom soup and 1/4 cup of water.
