Pork Tenderloin Recipe

  1. Coat pork with mustard and brown in oil.
  2. Add in onions, garlic, celery and carrots.
  3. Cook 5 min.
  4. Add in tomatoes with juices from can.
  5. Add in remaining seasonings and braise in a covered casserole in the oven at 350 degrees for 45 min.
  6. Thicken sauce with a little cornstarch dissolved in Tequila.
  7. Slice meat and serve with sauce.
