Capn Crunch Chicken
- 3 cups Cap'n Crunch Cereal
- 1- 1/2 cup Cornflakes
- 3/4 cups Flour
- 1 Tablespoon Dry Minced Onions
- 1 Tablespoon Garlic, Coarsely Ground
- 1/2 teaspoons Fresh Ground Black Pepper
- 2 whole Eggs
- 2 Tablespoons Milk
- 16 whole Defrosted Frozen Chicken Tenders
- Oil For Cooking
- Breading: Beat the cereals in a plastic bag until they are fine crumbs.
- Flour mix: 1.
- Combine flour, onions, garlic and pepper in a shallow bowl.
- 2.
- In another bowl, beat eggs and milk.
- Chicken: 1.
- In a skillet, heat 1/4 inch vegetable oil over medium-high heat.
- 2.
- Dip each tender first in the flour bowl, then the egg bowl, and then the breading bowl.
- 3.
- Fry till tenders form a single layer of breading on each side (about 1 to 1 1/2 minutes per side).
