Grilled Ham Steak with Apricot Glaze
- 1 lb Ham steak
- 1/2 cup Apricot preserves (or jelly)
- 2 tbsp Apple cider vinegar
- 1 tbsp Sherry
- 1 tbsp Soy sauce
- 1/2 tsp Sesame oil
- Mix apricot glaze and refrigerate until needed.
- Set up your grill for Direct Heat.
- Place ham steak on grill and cook for 3 to 5 minutes.
- You just looking to heat and get some good grill marks.
- Flip over and apply apricot glaze.
- Cook for 2 or 3 minutes and remove from grill.
- Serve with extra sauce.
- Ham is a pre cooked meat so all you need to do is heat it gently.
- If you cook too long it will become dry and touch.
