Creamy Lime Avocado Salsa
- 10 Roma Tomatoes, Chopped
- 1 teaspoon Salt, Plus More To Taste
- 1/2 Large Onion, Diced
- 1 bunch Cilantro, Chopped
- 2 Large Jalapenos, Diced
- 2 Large Avocados, Chopped
- 1/2 cups Sour Cream
- 2 Large Limes
- 1/2 teaspoons Black Pepper, Or To Taste
- Place chopped tomatoes on a few paper towels, spreading evenly.
- Sprinkle with 1 teaspoon salt to draw
- In a large bowl, add onion, cilantro, jalapenos, and avocados.
- Pat tomatoes dry and add them to the bowl.
- Toss to combine.
- Add the sour cream to the mixture.
- Squeeze juice of limes into the bowl (my limes werent all that juicy, so you may need less or more).
- Add pepper.
- Stir well to combine.
- Taste and adjust your seasonings as necessary.
- Serve immediately or store in the refrigerator until ready to serve.
