Jalapeno Popper Dip
- 4 oz can diced jalapenos well drained
- 8 oz package cream cheese(room temp)
- 1 cup sour cream
- 2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 3/4 cup shredded parmesan cheese
- 1 cup Italian bread crumbs
- 4 tbsp butter(melted)
- 1/4 cup shredded parmesan cheese(for topping)
- 1 tbsp dried parsley
- preheat oven to 350F
- mix cream cheese and sour cream in a medium bowl
- add cheddar cheese, 3/4 cup parmesan cheese and diced jalapenos.
- Mix well
- spread mixture evenly in an 8x8 baking dish
- in a separate bowl, blend melted butter, bread crumbs, 1/4 cup parmesan cheese and parsley until crumbly
- sprinkle crumb topping evenly over cream cheese mixture
- bake at 350F for 15 to 20 minutes or until topping is golden brown
- serve with crackers or tortilla chips
