Yet Another Dijon Honey Salmon

  1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees F.
  2. In a small bowl, stir together butter, mustard and honey.
  3. Brush each salmon fillet with honey mustard mixture, and sprinkle tops of the fillets with bread crumbs.
  4. Bake for 12 to 15 minutes in preheated oven or until it is flaky with a fork.
  5. Season with salt and pepper and garnish with a wedge of lemon.
