Bubble Pizza
- 1- 1/2 pound Ground Beef
- 20 ounces, fluid Pizza Sauce
- 2 cups Cheddar Cheese, divided
- 2 cups Mozzarella Cheese, Divided
- 2 packages 10 Count Buttermilk Biscuits
- Brown and drain beef.
- Add sauce, stir in 1 cup cheddar and 1 cup mozzarella.
- Cut biscuits into quarters or smaller.
- Fold into sauce.
- Pour into greased 4 quart pan (or 2 smaller pans).
- Bake at 400F for 20 minutes.
- Top with the remaining cheese and put it back in the oven for 10 more minutes.
- (Baking time may vary from oven to oven.
- Spaghetti sauce can also be used instead of pizza sauce.)
