Creamy 1-minute Egg Toast in the Microwave
- 1 slice Sliced bread
- 1 Egg
- 1 tbsp Milk
- 1 pinch Salt
- 1 as much (to taste) Mayonnaise
- Toast the bread.
- Break the egg into a deep heatproof bowl, add the salt and milk, and mix well.
- Microwave the egg mixture for 1 minute.
- It's important that it stays creamy, so keep an eye on it.
- Take it out of the microwave as soon as it starts to expand, and lightly mix.
- Spread mayonnaise on the toast.
- It will be tastier if you just give it a light coating.
- Top the toast with the egg mixture to complete the dish.
