Creamy 1-minute Egg Toast in the Microwave

• 1 slice Sliced bread
• 1 Egg
• 1 tbsp Milk
• 1 pinch Salt
• 1 as much (to taste) Mayonnaise

1. Toast the bread.
2. Break the egg into a deep heatproof bowl, add the salt and milk, and mix well.
3. Microwave the egg mixture for 1 minute.
4. It's important that it stays creamy, so keep an eye on it.
5. Take it out of the microwave as soon as it starts to expand, and lightly mix.
6. Spread mayonnaise on the toast.
7. It will be tastier if you just give it a light coating.
8. Top the toast with the egg mixture to complete the dish.
