Creamy 1-minute Egg Toast in the Microwave

  1. Toast the bread.
  2. Break the egg into a deep heatproof bowl, add the salt and milk, and mix well.
  3. Microwave the egg mixture for 1 minute.
  4. It's important that it stays creamy, so keep an eye on it.
  5. Take it out of the microwave as soon as it starts to expand, and lightly mix.
