Confetti Pops
- 1 Tbsp. margarine
- 2 Tbsp. reduced-fat peanut butter
- 3 cups JET-PUFFED Miniature Marshmallows
- 4 cups letter-shaped whole grain oat with corn and wheat cereal
- 1/2 cup raisins
- Microwave margarine in 4-qt.
- microwaveable bowl on HIGH 45 sec.
- or until melted.
- Stir in peanut butter with wire whisk until well blended.
- Add marshmallows; toss to evenly coat.
- Microwave 1-1/2 min.
- or until marshmallows are completely melted and mixture is well blended, stirring after 45 sec.
- Stir in cereal and raisins.
- Shape into 12 (2-inch) balls with slightly moistened hands.
- Insert one wooden pop stick into each ball.
- Place on wax paper-lined tray.
- Cool.
- Store in tightly covered container at room temperature.
