Pear, Pecan and Prosciutto Pizza

  1. Heat oven to 425 degrees F.
  2. Roll Perfect Parmesan Pizza Dough into 12-inch circle on lightly floured surface.
  3. Transfer to 12-inch pizza pan sprayed with cooking spray.
  4. Let stand 10 min.
  5. Top with all remaining ingredients except prosciutto and rosemary; place on bottom oven rack.
  6. Bake 18 to 20 min.
  7. or until edge of crust is golden brown.
  8. Top with prosciutto and rosemary.
