Pear, Pecan and Prosciutto Pizza
- 1/4 recipe Perfect Parmesan Pizza Dough
- 1 pear, thinly sliced
- 1-1/2 cups Cracker Barrel Shredded Mozza-Cheddar Cheese
- 2 Tbsp. Kraft 100% Parmesan Aged Grated Cheese
- 1/4 cup toasted pecan halves
- 3 slices prosciutto (45 g), chopped
- 1 Tbsp. chopped fresh rosemary
- Heat oven to 425 degrees F.
- Roll Perfect Parmesan Pizza Dough into 12-inch circle on lightly floured surface.
- Transfer to 12-inch pizza pan sprayed with cooking spray.
- Let stand 10 min.
- Top with all remaining ingredients except prosciutto and rosemary; place on bottom oven rack.
- Bake 18 to 20 min.
- or until edge of crust is golden brown.
- Top with prosciutto and rosemary.
