Smoky Mac and Cheese #SP5

  1. Cut bacon into small pieces.
  2. Fry until golden brown.
  3. Drain bacon.
  4. Open mac & cheese and pour into deep sauce pan.
  5. Add 8oz cream cheese.
  6. Stir until melted.
  7. Add 8oz shredded smoked gouda.
  8. Stir until melted.
  9. Add 1 cup of the bacon to mixture.
  10. Pour into baking dish.
  11. Put crushed crackers on top.
  12. Add remaining bacon pieces on top.
  13. Bake at 350 degrees for 20 to 25 minutes.
  14. Watch it, as ovens vary in temperature.
  15. Enjoy.
