Simple & Smooth Chocolate Custard Pudding in the Microwave
- 300 ml Milk
- 1 bar Chocolate bar (milk chocolate)
- 12 grams Granulated sugar
- 5 grams Gelatin powder
- 2 tbsp Water
- Soak the gelatin in 2 tablespoons of water.
- Place the chopped up chocolate, sugar, and milk in a heat-resistant bowl (or a normal rice bowl) and melt it in the microwave, without wrapping or using a lid, for 4 minutes (500 W).
- Take the bowl out of the microwave and if the chocolate still hasn't completely melted, put it back in for another few seconds.
- When the chocolate has melted, mix it thoroughly with a whisk.
- Add the gelatin from Step 1 into the bowl from Step 4 and mix it in firmly until it dissolves.
- Strain the mixture through a strainer (or a tea strainer).
- Once the mixture has cooled, pour it into the ramekins and leave them to chill and set in the refrigerator.
- You can either eat the purin straight from the ramekins or take them out and eat them They will fall apart easily so please be careful if you choose to remove them from the ramekins.
