Pork Chops and Rice
- 4 to 5 md. boneless pork chops, chopped
- whole
- 4 tbsp. oil
- 1 lg. onion, chopped
- 4 cans Campbell's Beef Broth
- Instant rice (equal parts of rice and beef broth)
- 2 tbsp. sage,
- to taste
- Cook pork in oil then when pork in almost done add onions and cook until all is done.
- Then add your beef broth and sage, bring to a boil.
- Add instant rice.
- Turn off stove, cover and let rice cook.
- Serve.
