Gurudware Ka Seera
- 1 cup semolina
- 1 cup whole wheat flour
- 2 cups sugar
- 1 12 cups ghee, melted
- 4 12 cups water
- 5 -6 almonds, blanched
- Roast the semolina in ghee and keep aside.
- Roast the whole wheat flour in ghee and keep aside.
- In a pot, melt sugar in water until it has completely dissolved.
- Add the sugar-water mixture to the flour mixture and cook, stirring continuously, for a few minutes.
- Remove from heat.
- Garnish with blanched and sliced almonds.
- Serve hot.
- You may serve this with white bread slices or Indian flatbreads for a more wholesome meal.
