Taco Ring
- 1 package Pilsbury Crescent Rolls, 8 Ounce Can
- 1 pound Beef (or A 15 Oz. Can Of Black Beans For Veggie Option)
- 1 package Taco Seasoning, 1 Ounce Packet
- 2 cups Cheese (or Less Depending On Your Preference)
- Lettuce, Salsa, Rotel, Sour Cream (for Toppings)

- Preheat oven to 350.
- 2.
- Cook beef in taco seasoning per instructions on packet.
- 3.
- While beef is simmering, lay crescent rolls out in a circle on a flat cookie sheet.
- (To be more specific, crescent rolls are triangles.
- Lay them down so they overlap with one of the small sides towards the center.
- When assembled, they should form a circle) 4.
- Once beef is ready (after about 10 minutes of simmering) spoon it onto one half of the circle of crescent rolls.
- Make sure to leave room to fold the other half of the circle of crescent rolls over the meat to form the ring.
- 5.
- Add cheese on top of the beef, then fold over the crescent rolls, again making sure they overlap.
- Press them down so they hold.
- 6.
- Place in oven until crescent rolls are cooked (cook according to the crescent roll package directions).
- Serve immediately.
- Top with more cheese, sour cream, salsa, onions, etc!
