4 Layer Dip
- 2 ripe avacadoes
- Lime juice, to taste
- 1 pint sour cream (I use reduced fat)
- 1 lb. salsa
- Shredded Monterrey jack cheese
- Sliced black olives (optional)
- Mash the 2 avacadoes, drizzle lime juice in and mix together.
- Spread on bottom of an 8x8 pan*.
- spread sour cream on top of the avacado (do not mix together).
- Spread the salsa on top of sour cream, then sprinkle the cheese on top of the salsa.
- Sprinkle black olives on top of the cheese (if desired).
- Chill for 1 hour.
