Fried prawn pasta
- 150 grams fresh prawns, shelled
- 2 large tomatoes
- 1 spring of rosemary
- 5 olives
- 1 olive oil
- 1 salt and pepper
- 1 chili flakes
- 140 grams spaghetti
- 5 basil leafs
- 15 grams butter
- 1/2 onion
- 1 mediterranean herbs
- Wash prawns, set aside.
- Heat up a pan and a pot with water.
- Start cooking the spaghetti.
- Cut tomatoes, olives and onion into little squares
- With some olive oil, start to fry tomatoes, olives and onions.
- Let simmer for a few minutes, then add some mediterranean herbs
- Add butter and prawns to the pan.
- Let simmer while repetitively stirring until the noodles are al dente
- Drain spaghetti, then add to pan.
- Mix with sauce, let simmer for 3 more minutes.
- Then garnish with basil leaves
