Goulash
- 1 lb lean ground beef
- 1 bell pepper, chopped
- 1 medium onion, chopped
- 12 ounces elbow macaroni
- i package Italian salad dressing mix
- 1 tablespoon garlic, minced
- 15 ounces petite diced tomatoes
- 8 ounces tomato sauce
- 2 12 cups water
- 15 ounces Rotel Tomatoes
- salt & pepper
- Brown ground meat with salt, pepper, bell pepper and onion and drain.
- Boil pasta to al dente.
- Mix pasta, meat mixture and remaining ingredients in a large pot.
- Cover and simmer on low 30 minutes.
