Goulash

  1. Brown ground meat with salt, pepper, bell pepper and onion and drain.
  2. Boil pasta to al dente.
  3. Mix pasta, meat mixture and remaining ingredients in a large pot.
  4. Cover and simmer on low 30 minutes.
