Strawberry Liqueur Surprises

• 15 medium strawberries
• 1 tablespoon liqueur, of your choice approximately
• 13 cup double cream

1. Cut small slice from pointy-end of each strawberry so they stand upright.
2. Cut tops off strawberries.
3. Using small pointed knife, hollow out strawberry centres.
4. Pour about 1/4 teaspoon of liqueur into each strawberry.
5. Using teaspoon or small piping bag fitted with 1.5cm plain tube, pipe cream into strawberries.
6. Position strawberry tops on cream.
