Amish Pork Sampler With Sauerkraut And Apples Recipe

  1. Season the pork loin and brown in a heavy skillet.
  2. Remove from skillet and add in onions, celery, sauerkraut, and spare ribs, and stock.
  3. Cover and simmer 45 min without sausage and pork loin.
  4. Add in the sausage, pork and the remaining ingredients and cook for an additional 45 min or possibly till the pork is completely done.
  5. This recipe yields 4 servings.
