Middle Eastern Hummus
- 15 ounces garbanzo beans, rinsed and drained
- 1 tablespoon sesame oil
- 2 -3 tablespoons olive oil
- 14 cup lemon juice (fresh)
- 3 garlic cloves, peeled
- 1 teaspoon ground cumin
- 12 teaspoon salt
- 14 teaspoon black pepper
- Combine all ingredients in a food processor or blender and process until smooth.
- If mixture is too thick, add a little water to dilute to preferred consistency.
- Serve at room temperature.
- Store in an airtight container in the fridge up to 1 week.
