Paul Bassett's Espresso Martini

• 30 ml vodka
• 20 ml Creme de Cacao
• 60 ml double espresso, chilled
• 25 ml vanilla-flavored syrup
• dark chocolate, grated to garnish

1. Shake vodka, creme de cacao, espresso & syrup in a cocktail shaker filled with ice.
2. Strain into a chilled martini glass & garnish with chocolate.
