Deep-fried Potatoes with Mayonnaise and Ponzu Sauce
- 2 large Potatoes
- 2 tbsp Mayonnaise
- 2 tbsp Ponzu
- 1 Dried parsley
- 1 Green onions or scallions
- Cut up the potatoes roughly, and soak in plenty of water for about 10 minutes.
- Drain the potatoes and dry them carefully with paper towels.
- Deep fry slowly until they are completely cooked through (Check by piercing a skewer.)
- Drain the fried potatoes.
- Put them in a heated pan, and add the ponzu sauce (flavor properly here).
- When the potatoes are golden brown, add the mayonnaise and toss to coat the pieces.
- Done.
- You can add more ponzu sauce and mayonnaise to taste.
- Top with chopped green onions and dried parsley.
