Caprese Flatbread Pizza
- 2 whole Flat Breads (or You Can Use Large Tortillas Cut Into Rectangles)
- 1 teaspoon Olive Oil
- 2 whole Plum Tomatoes, Thinly Sliced
- 1/2 teaspoons Salt
- 1/2 teaspoons Pepper
- 1 cup Shredded Fresh Mozzarella
- 2 teaspoons Shredded Parmesan Cheese
- 6 whole Fresh Basil Leaves, Torn Into Pieces
- Heat your oven to 450 degrees F.
- Place each flatbread or tortilla (that youve cut into a rectangle) on a baking sheet and brush with oil.
- Add the tomatoes evenly to each one and sprinkle with salt and pepper.
- Next add the cheeses.
- Bake for 8 to 10 minutes or until the flatbread is crisp and cheese is melted.
- Remove from oven.
- Sprinkle with basil.
- Serve immediately.
