Teriyaki-Ginger Pork Tenderloin

  1. Cut tenderloin into 1/2 thick slices; flatten slices with palm of hand.
  2. Coat a large non-stick skillet with cooking spray; place over medium-high heat until hot.
  3. Add pork, and cook 3 minute on each side or until browned.
  4. Combine teriyaki sauce and remaining 3 ingredients, stirring well.
  5. Add to pork in skillet.
  6. Bring to a boil; reduce heat, and simmer 3 minutes.
  7. Remove pork from skillet, and spoon sauce over pork.
