Broccoli Cauliflower Casserole Recipe
- 1 bunch broccoli
- 1 head cauliflower
- 16 ounce. Velveeta, chunked
- 1 stick butter, melted
- 2 c. Townhouse crackers, crushed
- Clean and cut broccoli and cauliflower into flowerettes, cook till almost done.
- Drain and pat dry.
- Place in 9 x 13 inch baking dish.
- Add in chunked Velveeta over top of vegetables.
- Stir crushed crackers into butter (butter), then spread over top of casserole.
- Bake at 350 degrees for 20 min or possibly till cheese is melted.
