Steamed Mushrooms and Chicken Tenderloins with Cheese

  1. Remove the sinews from the tenderloins and open them up so that they are about the same thickness on both sides.
  2. Season with salt (1/2 teaspoon) and pepper (1/2 teaspoon).
  3. Tear up the mushrooms into equally sized pieces.
  4. Heat up 1 tablespoon of olive oil and the mashed garlic in a frying pan.
  5. Lightly cook the mushrooms, season with salt (1 teaspoon), and place on a dish.
  6. Heat up 1 tablespoon of olive oil in the frying pan and brown both sides.
  7. Place the mushrooms from Step 3 onto Step 4.
  8. Top with the cheese.
  9. Turn the heat to low and steam.
  10. After 2-3 minutes, once the cheese has become nice and gooey, it's done.
