Steamed Mushrooms and Chicken Tenderloins with Cheese
- 4 Chicken tenderloins
- 1 pack Shimeji mushrooms
- 1 pack Maitake mushrooms
- 4 tbsp Easily melting cheese
- 1 and 1/2 teaspoons Salt
- 1/2 tsp Pepper
- 2 tbsp Olive oil
- 1 clove Garlic
- Remove the sinews from the tenderloins and open them up so that they are about the same thickness on both sides.
- Season with salt (1/2 teaspoon) and pepper (1/2 teaspoon).
- Tear up the mushrooms into equally sized pieces.
- Heat up 1 tablespoon of olive oil and the mashed garlic in a frying pan.
- Lightly cook the mushrooms, season with salt (1 teaspoon), and place on a dish.
- Heat up 1 tablespoon of olive oil in the frying pan and brown both sides.
- Place the mushrooms from Step 3 onto Step 4.
- Top with the cheese.
- Turn the heat to low and steam.
- After 2-3 minutes, once the cheese has become nice and gooey, it's done.
