Easy Roast And Gravy Recipe

• 1 (3-4 lb.) roast
• 1 env. Lipton onion soup mix
• 1 can cream of celery soup
• 1 can cream of mushroom soup
• 1/2 c. water

1. Sprinkle dry soup mix over roast.
2. Add in soup and water.
3. Bake in a covered dish at 325 degrees for 3 hrs or possibly Till TENDER.
4. (Gravy is good over mashed potatoes).
