No Bake Oat Bars
- 2 cups Rice Krispies
- 4 cups old fashioned oats
- 12 cup butter
- 12 cup raw honey
- 23 cup dark brown sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 1 scoop chocolate protein powder
- 12 cup chocolate chips (any variety)
- Spray 9X13 pan with cooking spray.
- Combine cereal and oats in large mixing bowl.
- In small sauce pan heat butter, honey and brown sugar.
- Heat until bubbly.
- Add vanilla and protein powder.
- Stir continually for a 1-2 minutes.
- Pour on top of cereal mixture and stir to combine.
- Press into 9X13 pan and sprinkle with chocolate chips.
- Spray smooth side of meat tenderizer with cooking spray and pound flat.
- Let cool then cut into 20 bars.
- Wrap individually and store in a cool dry place.
