Fish Cakes
- 2 x 425g can tuna, drained
- 3 eggs, separated
- 1 1/2 cups grated KRAFT* Cheddar Cheese
- 3 medium potatoes, cooked and mashed Safeway 2 pkg For $5.00 thru 02/09
- 2 tablespoons lemon juice
- 4 spring onions
- breadcrumbs
- Combine tuna, egg yolks, cheese, potatoes, lemon juice and spring onions.
- Shape mixture into twelve fish cakes.
- Beat egg whites lightly, dip fish cakes into egg white and coat in breadcrumbs.
- Refrigerate for 30 minutes.
- Brush fish cakes with a little oil and grill on each side for 10 minutes or until brown.
