Jalapeno Poppers Dairy Free
- 20 whole Jalapenos
- 1 pound Chorizo Sausage, Casing Removed
- 40 whole Dates, Cut In Half
- 1 pound Bacon, Cut Into Thirds
- 40 pieces Toothpicks
- Wash jalapenos.
- Cut in half, and remove seeds and membrane.
- Stuff jalapeno half with sausage.
- Place two date halves on top, wrap with bacon, and stick a toothpick through.
- Bake at 375 degrees F for 30 minutes, or until bacon is cooked.
- Gorge.
