Hungarian paprikash inspired deep fried vegetables
- 1 large plum tomato
- 1 lb cauliflower
- 1 large zucchini
- 1 large yellow squash
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 cup paprika
- 2 cup sr flour
- 1 cup whole milk more if needed
- 1 large egg
- 1 tbsp prepared horseradish sauce
- 1/2 cup vegetable oil
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1 blender
- 1/4 tsp dill weed
- 1 tbsp chopped parsley
- Mix the paprika salt and flour.
- In a bag, shake it go to a bowl with it.
- In the bowl add the flour /paprika mixture, milk, and salt whisk it very well, till its like a batter.
- Slice into medallions the squash, tomato, zucchini, and then add cauliflower, in a bowl.
- Then pour batter over the top.
- Deep fry the battered vegetables in batches.
- Repeat till done.
- In a blender add egg and salt
- While its blending add the oil slowly it will turn white.
- Add horseradish sauce, and dill weed sprikle with parsley
- When the vegetables are done and are set on paper towels.
- This will allow any excess oil to be absorbed.
- Serve with sauce, hope you enjoy!
